Went to Los Angeles for a wedding.

Ft. Sumter in Charleston, South Carolina to take a little friend who had lived in Louisville for 30 years and had never been out of the county. We covered 5 states in three days and he got to see the ocean, ride on a boat, stay in two different hotels, eat at a fancy restaurant, use a metal detector on a beach, visit a historical monument, use his own camera, and I got to watch the expressions on his face and see that he could be happy and have a wonderful time living a sober life.
I have no children so I find those less fortunate than me and try to spread a little happiness.
